The Copernicus SS/G Accounts Component provides all accounting facilities needed to support the administration of life, pensions, investment and health business and also provides high level postings for input to a General Ledger. Full audit facilities are available across all financial movements.
To enable the flexibility required in today’s market of personal and wrap accounts, Copernicus SS/G has the concept of client accounts to control the flow of money between the client and their individual contracts.
Accounts can be maintained at many levels e.g. Operating Company, Client, Adviser, Contract, Group etc. Transfers facilities are available between any two accounts and each account can be interest bearing and able to hold suspense.
Premiums and contribution collection methods are automated where possible using interfaces such as BACS and AUDDIS. Payments out can be made by direct transfer or cheque.
