As Copernicus/SSG is based on the latest Microsoft technologies available, our clients are often entering into areas where their current in-house expertise needs to be supplemented. Our Technical Support staff are available to assist in resolving all such issues that occur during implementation and in live operations.

We can do this in any number of ways. For example, we can assist you to size your requirement and if necessary can provide specific recommendations for hardware and infrastructure procurement. We can assist by advising you of any new technical skills that you may require. Also, due to our immense practical experience, we can assist by resolving detailed technical problems – very quickly, especially when, as is often the case, we have encountered similar problems before.
