SS/G provides a full range of functionality to support Agency and Commissions processing for all distribution channels including direct sales, IFAs, direct marketing, banks, Appointed Representatives and Aggregators.
The Self-Serve capability enables Brokers and Networks to self-register and to set their own preferences. Setting preferences allows the agent to state how they wish to transact business which includes their preferred methods of communication (e.g. email, SMS, paper), payment frequency and process methods - all of which are under the control of the provider.
The Commission component handles standard broker commission with override and split commission facilities. Commission sacrifice can be enabled to reduce the premium or improve the investment as appropriate. Rules can be configured or enhanced to accommodate non-standard remuneration.
The extensive online enquiry facilities provide agents with up-to-date information to track the progress of their new business and be notified of forthcoming significant policy events. Commission and account information is also available online.
Commission statements can be produced and distributed in accordance with the agent’s stated communication preferences.
