The SS/G Claims component automates claims processing for all single and regular benefit payments. All claim types are supported.
Claims may either be initiated through Self-Serve or from the back office or Call Centre.
Workflow is used to manage cases, automating requests for evidence where appropriate and managing the interaction with reinsurer(s) and other third parties.
The Claims component also handles the regular payments to beneficiaries, service providers etc. and incorporates automatic escalation where appropriate and review notifications.
All irregular payments are also covered e.g. for medical aids.
Multiple claims may also be managed together for a single beneficiary e.g. for assessment correspondence and payment purposes.
The Claims component also generates full MI on all activities creating valuable feedback for experience rating.
